Our Process

Our Process

We Have Designed Our Process To Cater To What's Most Important - You.

A You-Centered System

Clients often tell us that most contractors they work with seem to just do the job.

This sounds nice until you learn most homeowners don’t know what’s actually going on in their own homes. They had no idea what the contractor was doing or what stage they were in. This can (and often does) make for a bad experience.

So, we decided to create a system centered around you! It’s a process that works to make your experience stress-free, and even enjoyable.

We’ll get your project done efficiently and professionally. This way, you can get back to enjoying your home.

Take a look at our process below.

Your Dream Home In 12 Easy Steps

Step 1. Fill Out Our Form

Start by filling out our form so we can get an idea of your vision for your space. Feel free to include pictures of your space so we can better visualize your upgrade. We’ll get back to you with a phone consultation within 24 hours to discuss your project more in-depth.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

During the phone consultation, we will talk more about your project including design, timeline, and budget. Our goal is to hear all your dreams for your space so we can give you a place you'll love for years to come.

Step 3. On-Site Consultation

We offer an on-site consultation for $250, where we’ll set up all the details and start designing your remodel. We’ll work on the design until you’re happy with every aspect. When you are comfortable with the final design, the $250 consultation fee will be credited to the final cost of your project.

Step 4. Signing The Contract

Once we have solidified all the small details of your project, we will walk through the contract together and make sure you are comfortable with everything. When we're all good to go, we will sign the contract.

Step 5. Design Phase

We design your new home space according to your vision using our advanced design software to show you what your finished project will look like. We want you to feel confident about your remodel, and get excited to start living in your new space.

Step 6. Protect Your Home And The Site

To ensure that your home is kept structurally safe during construction, we take proper precaustions when setting up our equipment. We'll also seal and protect surrounding areas of your home that are not going to be under construction in order to keep the dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.

Step 7. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before getting to work, we’ll do a walkthrough of the site together to give you a clear idea of what the next steps will be and what you should expect over the next couple of weeks as we enhance your home.

Step 8. We Get To Work

This is where the fun begins. From here we'll do all the heavy lifting in transforming your home. All you have to worry about is how much you're going to love your new and improved home.

Step 9. Our Cleaners Get To Work

Once we finish the buildout of your new space, we have our professional cleaners come over and clean up the job site, leaving it spotless and ready for you to enjoy. You don't have to waste any time enjoying your upgrade.

Step 10. Post-Job Walkthrough

Together we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is perfect and to your liking. Even after we're gone, you'll have 3 days to perform a detailed inspection to make sure everything is as it should be. If needed, we'll come out and fix anything you need.

Step 11. 4-Year Workmanship Warranty

We offer a 4-year workmanship warranty and you also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the event that something happens that is within our control and included in the warranty and contract, we come in and get it fixed for you free-of-charge.

Step 12. 6 Month Follow-Ups

We'll personally come to your house every 6 months for a 2 year period and make sure everything about your upgrade is as it should be. After the 2 year period, we’re still here and more than willing to help you with anything your home may need.
